1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing the HiredHits platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. Subscription & Billing

HiredHits offers monthly and annual subscription tiers (Starter, Growth, Agency). Subscriptions automatically renew at the beginning of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal via the self-service billing portal. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit unsolicited marketing spam in violation of TCPA/CTIA telecommunication regulations, or to attempt unauthorized access to platform infrastructure.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HiredHits or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
